We're hiring the person who makes that true in practice.Key responsibilitiesPeople foundationEstablish core HR infrastructure: policies, employment contracts, employee records, and documentationEnsure statutory and labour-law compliance, including PoSHBuild processes that are rigorous without being bureaucraticTalent acquisition and onboardingOwn hiring end to end across engineering, QA, design, clinical advisory, and internship rolesManage sourcing, screening, interview coordination, and offer processesDesign onboarding that gets new joiners productive and connected quicklyEmployee experience and engagementBuild engagement practices suited to a remote, async team, connection without meeting overloadServe as the first point of contact for employee concerns and grievance resolutionEstablish feedback mechanisms that respect focused workPerformance and developmentImplement lightweight goal-setting and review cycles appropriate to company stagePartner with team leads on capability building and individual developmentIdentify training needs and coordinate learning interventionsCultureProtect psychological safety as a practiced norm, not a stated valuePartner with the founder on organisational design as the team scalesCandidate profile1–3 years of HR experience, with meaningful generalist or HR business partner exposureStartup or high-growth environment experience strongly preferredDemonstrated ownership of hiring pipelines, not solely coordinationWorking knowledge of Indian labour compliance, PoSH, and employment documentationComfort operating without an existing playbookGenuine interest in workplace mental healthWhat we offerIndustry-standard compensation, credited on the last working day of every month, without exceptionFully remote, anywhere in IndiaAsync-first, outcome-based working.
