Citicore serves clients in Abu Dhabi, Dubai, Riyadh, and surrounding markets, creating timeless interiors that balance functionality, elegance, and purpose.Role Description The HR Manager is a full-time, on-site role based in Riyadh, responsible for overseeing all human resources operations and supporting a growing interior design and fit-out team. Day-to-day tasks include managing recruitment and onboarding, workforce planning, and employee records, while ensuring that policies and procedures are compliant with local labor regulations. The role involves developing and implementing HR strategies, performance management frameworks, and learning and development initiatives that align with business objectives. The HR Manager will handle employee relations, conflict resolution, and disciplinary processes, as well as drive engagement, retention, and workplace culture initiatives. This position also collaborates closely with leadership and project teams to support staffing needs, HR reporting, and continuous improvement of HR processes.Qualifications Candidates should possess strong HR operations and administration skills, including employee records management, HR policy implementation, and compliance with labor laws.Candidates should possess talent acquisition and workforce planning skills, including job design, interviewing, selection, and onboarding.Candidates should possess performance management and employee development skills, including goal setting, appraisal processes, training coordination, and succession planning.Candidates should possess employee relations and communication skills, including conflict resolution, coaching, feedback, and cross-cultural collaboration.Candidates should possess organizational and analytical skills, including HR data reporting, metric tracking, and the use of HRIS or related systems.Relevant qualifications such as a bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field; professional HR certifications are an advantage.Experience as an HR generalist or HR manager, preferably within design, construction, or related project-based industries in the GCC region.Ability to work on-site in Riyadh, with strong attention to detail, integrity, and a proactive approach to improving HR processes and employee experience.
