- ️ Lead and manage all human resources operations.
- ️ Develop and implement HR policies and procedures.
- ️ Oversee recruitment, talent acquisition, and performance management.
- ️ Manage employee relations and handle labor-related matters.
- ️ Ensure compliance with Saudi labor laws and government HR platforms.
- ️ Prepare and monitor HR KPIs, reports, and budgets.
- ️ Develop organizational structures, job descriptions, and workforce plans.
- ️ Support senior management with HR-related decisions and strategies.🌟 Requirements:
- ️ Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
- ️ At least 5 years of HR experience, including experience in a leadership role.
- ️ Good knowledge of Saudi Labor Law and government HR platforms.
- ️ Strong leadership, organizational, and analytical skills.
