This is a full-time, on-site role based in Noida. Day-to-day responsibilities include managing recruitment and onboarding, maintaining employee records, and ensuring compliance with labor laws and company policies. The HR Manager will design and implement performance management, learning and development initiatives, and compensation and benefits programs. The role also involves handling employee relations, driving engagement initiatives, supporting organizational change, and collaborating with leadership to align HR strategies with business objectives.Qualifications Experience in core HR operations, including recruitment, onboarding, employee lifecycle management, and HR policy implementation.Skills in performance management, learning and development, and designing employee engagement and retention programs.Strong knowledge of HR compliance, labor laws, and best practices in workplace ethics, diversity, and inclusion.Proficiency in HRIS/HR software, data-driven HR reporting, and using metrics to inform decision-making.Excellent communication, conflict resolution, and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to build trust across teams.Demonstrated ability to work in a fast-paced, technology-driven environment and support organizational change initiatives.Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field; advanced HR certifications (e.g., SHRM, CIPD, or similar) are an advantage.Prior experience in a technology, consulting, or startup environment is preferred.
