HR Manager - F+F Mechanical

Position Summary:F+F Mechanical is a second-generation, family-owned company looking for a forward-thinking and experienced Human Resources Manager to lead our HR efforts. This is an exciting opportunity to support a growing, technology-driven business and help shape our people, culture, and HR strategy as the company continues to expand. This is not a traditional administrative HR position. The successful candidate will serve as a strategic partner to company leadership, developing strategies to attract, develop, retain, and engage the team members needed to support the company’s continued growth.The ideal candidate is a people leader, problem solver, process builder, and change agent who is comfortable working in a fast-paced environment and embraces a dynamic work environment, technology, data, continuous improvement, and innovation. The successful candidate will help create an organization where employees understand our direction, what is expected of them, how they can grow, and why they matter to our success.Job Status: ExemptAreas of responsibility include:-Participate in strategic growth and leadership development-Talent acquisition, recruitment, and development-Employee onboarding and engagement-Staff performance management and coaching-Benefits management-Human resources compliance and risk managementReporting Structure:The Human Resources Manager reports to the Executive Vice President.Working Hours:The Human Resource Manager works from 7:00 to 3:30 p.m. in the corporate office Monday through Friday. Occasional visits to other office locations, job site locations, and overtime may be required to meet the needs of the business.

Qualifications
