HR Manager- Freight Experience

*** Must be based in the UAE*** Must have Freight ExperienceOur client is seeking an experienced HR Manager who is fluent in Russian and English to lead the human resources function and support a diverse workforce. This is an excellent opportunity for a proactive HR professional with strong knowledge of UAE employment regulations and a hands-on approach to people management.Key ResponsibilitiesManage the full employee lifecycle, including recruitment, onboarding, performance management, employee engagement, and offboarding.Develop, implement, and maintain HR policies and procedures in line with UAE labor laws and company objectives.Lead end-to-end recruitment activities, partnering with hiring managers to attract and retain top talent.Oversee employee relations, ensuring a positive work environment and resolving workplace issues effectively.Manage employment contracts, personnel records, visa documentation, and HR administration.Ensure compliance with UAE labor legislation and internal HR policies.Coordinate performance appraisal processes and support learning and development initiatives.Administer compensation and benefits in collaboration with management and finance.Prepare HR reports, workforce analytics, and other management reports as required.Promote employee engagement initiatives and contribute to building a positive organizational culture.RequirementsBachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related discipline.Minimum of 5 years' experience in an HR Manager or Senior HR Generalist role.Fluent Russian and English (written and spoken) is essential.Strong knowledge of UAE Labor Law and HR best practices.Experience managing recruitment, employee relations, and HR operations.Excellent communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills.Ability to work independently while managing multiple priorities.Proficiency in Microsoft Office and HR management systems.REF: FL V-203507
