قدّم وتابع مع أبلاي إيدجRole Description This full-time remote role combines responsibilities of HR Manager, HR Business Partner, and Talent Acquisition Manager to support the FC Den Bosch Foundation’s people strategy. The role includes managing the full employee lifecycle, from workforce planning and recruitment to onboarding, performance management, and offboarding. Day-to-day tasks involve partnering with leadership on HR policies, advising managers on employee relations, and ensuring compliance with applicable labor regulations. The role also oversees talent acquisition activities, including defining role requirements, coordinating interviews, and driving employer branding initiatives to attract diverse, high-quality candidates. In addition, the position is responsible for maintaining accurate HR records, supporting learning and development efforts, and contributing to a positive, inclusive organizational culture.Qualifications Candidates should possess strong Full-life Cycle Recruiting and Recruiting skills to manage end-to-end hiring processes.Candidates should possess Hiring and Interviewing skills to effectively assess and select talent in alignment with organizational needs.Candidates should possess Employer Branding skills to promote the FC Den Bosch Foundation as an attractive and inclusive place to work.Candidates should possess HR management and business partnering skills, including performance management, employee relations, and HR policy implementation.Candidates should possess strong communication, interpersonal, and stakeholder management skills to collaborate with leadership and team members across remote settings.Candidates should possess organizational and analytical skills, including experience with HR systems, reporting, and compliance with labor and data protection regulations.Candidates should ideally have prior experience in non-profit, sports, or community-focused organizations and a demonstrated commitment to diversity, equity, and inclusion.Candidates should preferably hold a relevant bachelor’s degree (e.g., Human Resources, Business Administration, Organizational Psychology) or equivalent professional experience.
