HR Manager/ Senior Manager (HR Digitalisation)

About the RoleOur client is a growing technology company with a strong operational presence in Singapore. They are seeking a Senior HR Manager to serve as a strategic HR partner, reporting directly to the CEO. This is a high-impact, standalone leadership role that offers significant ownership across the full spectrum of human resources functions. The role is ideal for an experienced HR professional who thrives in a fast-paced, evolving environment and is passionate about building robust people practices from the ground up.Key ResponsibilitiesLead end-to-end local recruitment efforts, including talent sourcing, assessment, and onboarding to support business growthDesign, implement, and continuously optimise compensation structures and performance management frameworksManage employee relations matters, fostering a positive and productive workplace cultureDrive organisational effectiveness initiatives, including workforce planning and operational efficiency improvementsChampion HR digitalisation by identifying and deploying HR technology tools, including AI-powered HR solutionsDevelop and maintain HR data dashboards and analytics to support evidence-based people decisionsEnsure full compliance with Singapore employment legislation and MOM regulationsPartner with senior leadership to align HR strategies with overall business objectivesRequirementsMinimum 5 years of progressive HR experience, with demonstrated capability across recruitment, compensation, employee relations, and organisational developmentStrong working knowledge of Singapore employment law and HR regulatory requirementsProficiency in both English and Mandarin (written and spoken), to liaise effectively with Mandarin-speaking stakeholders and counterparts in Chinese-speaking markets Proven ability to work independently in a lean structure and influence at the senior leadership levelExperience with HR digitalisation, people analytics, or HR data-driven practices (is a bonus)If you are passionate about technology and meet the above requirements, please don't hesitate to apply.
