HR Manager – Talent Development & HR Business Partnering

Varun Beverages is the second largest PepsiCo franchisee in the world (outside the US) of carbonated soft drinks and noncarbonated beverages sold under trademarks owned by PepsiCo like Pepsi, 7up, Miranda, Mountain Dew, Sting, Ole Brands & Aquafina, we are in the process of strengthening our team and looking for a best potential candidate to join our team.Responsibilities & Accountabilities. Develop and implement talent development frameworks, succession planning, and leadership development programs.Identify skill and competency gaps and design training interventions to enhance organizational capability.Act as the HR Business Partner for the Sales Team and Direct Operations across the island, supporting them with manpower planning, performance management, and employee engagement.Visit island-wide locations to meet staff, understand people challenges, and provide effective HR solutions.Drive initiatives to strengthen organizational culture, retention, and internal communication.Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of learning and development interventions.Ensure compliance with HR policies and statutory requirements.Collaborate with the HR Team to design and execute strategic HR initiatives.Preparation of Monthly, Periodic management information / reports whilst maintaining a higher level of confidentiality. Personal Profile Bachelor’s Degree in Human Resource Management or equivalent professional qualification in HRM.Minimum of 10 years of relevant experience in HR in which 5 years with proven exposure to Talent Development and HR Business Partnering in Sales and Operational environments.Strong communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.Willingness to travel across the island.Demonstrated track record of implementing impactful HR and people development initiatives.
