We deliver leading MDA and SDA consumer electronics alongside comprehensive HVAC solutions.KEY RESPONSIBILITIES HR Business PartneringPartner with business leaders across France and Benelux to support the achievement of business objectives through effective people strategies.Act as a trusted advisor to managers on organisational design, workforce planning, performance management, succession planning, and talent development.Provide guidance and coaching to managers on employee relations matters, leadership capability, and people management best practices.Support change management initiatives, business transformation projects, and organisational development activities.Employee Relations & Employment LawLead and manage employee relations matters across France and Benelux, including performance management, disciplinary processes, grievances, absence management, and employee consultations.Ensure compliance with local employment legislation, collective agreements, and statutory obligations within each country.Partner with external legal advisors where necessary to mitigate risk and ensure compliant HR practices.Support managers in navigating complex employment situations while balancing business needs and employee experience.HR Operations & Employee LifecycleOversee all HR operational activities from onboarding through to offboarding.Ensure employment contracts, amendments, policies, employee records, and documentation are maintained accurately and compliantly.Manage employee data and HR systems to ensure data integrity and reporting accuracy.Drive continuous improvement of HR processes, systems, and ways of working across the region.Payroll & Benefits AdministrationTake ownership of monthly payroll activities across France and Benelux, working closely with external payroll providers and internal stakeholders.Ensure accurate processing of salaries, bonuses, allowances, statutory payments, deductions, and benefits.Manage relationships with payroll, benefits, pension, insurance, and other HR service providers.Support annual salary review and bonus processes in partnership with the business and regional HR leadership.Talent Acquisition & Workforce PlanningManage recruitment activities across the region, partnering with managers and external agencies to attract high-quality talent.Support workforce planning initiatives and ensure hiring plans align with business requirements and budgets.Deliver an effective onboarding experience for new employees.Performance, Learning & DevelopmentSupport the annual performance management cycle and talent review processes.Identify development needs and coordinate learning initiatives that strengthen organisational capability.Coach managers on employee development, objective setting, and performance improvement.Employee Engagement & CulturePromote a positive and inclusive workplace culture aligned with company values.Support and coordinate employee engagement initiatives and action planning based on employee feedback from the annual engagement survey.Act as a visible and approachable HR presence within the region.HR Reporting & Regional ProjectsPrepare and analyse HR metrics and reporting to support business decision-making.Support regional HR initiatives and projects in partnership with the Head of HR, UK & Western Europe.Ensure local implementation of regional HR strategies, policies and programmes.SKILLS & EXPERIENCE Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.Minimum 5 years' experience in a generalist HR, HR Manager, or HR Business Partner role.Strong working knowledge of French employment law and HR practices; exposure to Benelux countries would be highly advantageous.Proven experience managing employee relations matters independently.Experience overseeing payroll administration through external providers.Strong stakeholder management and influencing skills, with the ability to build credibility at all organisational levels.Commercially minded with the ability to balance operational delivery and strategic partnering.Fluency in French language is essential, Excellent communication skills in English is also a requirement.
