HR Onboarding Manager

Role SummaryThe Onboarding Manager will lead the end-to-end onboarding function, ensuring a seamless, compliant, and efficient joining experience for new employees. The role is responsible for managing high-volume onboarding operations, leading a team of Onboarding Specialists and Administrators, and driving continuous process improvements to enhance operational efficiency and employee experience.Key ResponsibilitiesLead and manage the end-to-end onboarding process for new hires across multiple business units.Supervise and mentor a team of Onboarding Specialists and Administrators, ensuring service quality and adherence to SLAs.Oversee high-volume onboarding activities, ensuring timely completion of pre-employment checks, documentation, and joining formalities.Coordinate with Recruitment, HR, Payroll, PRO, IT, Administration, and Hiring Managers to ensure a seamless onboarding experience.Monitor onboarding KPIs, identify process bottlenecks, and implement continuous improvement initiatives.Ensure compliance with company policies, labour regulations, visa, medical, and onboarding requirements.Maintain accurate employee records and ensure data integrity within the HRIS.Resolve onboarding-related escalations and provide guidance to internal stakeholders and new hires.Develop and standardize onboarding processes, workflows, and documentation.Prepare onboarding reports, dashboards, and operational updates for management.RequirementsBachelor's Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.Proven experience managing high-volume onboarding operations.Previous experience leading and developing a team of Onboarding Specialists and Administrators.Strong understanding of onboarding processes, documentation, compliance, and employee lifecycle management.Experience working with HRIS, ATS, or onboarding platforms.Excellent stakeholder management, leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
