The role will drive HR operational performance, system improvements, and workforce initiatives aligned with business objectives.Required Qualifications & ExperienceBachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Psychology, or a related field.Minimum 10 years of progressive HR experience, including at least 4 years in an HR Operations or HR Business Partner leadership role within a large organization with multiple entities.At least 4 years of HR experience in Saudi Arabia or the GCC, with strong knowledge of Saudi labor law, government platforms, and Saudization requirements.Experience with HR systems such as Oracle Fusion HCM, SAP SuccessFactors, Microsoft Dynamics 365 HR, or equivalent.Strong leadership, stakeholder management, analytical, and problem-solving skills.Professional proficiency in English; Arabic is strongly preferred.Healthcare industry experience is strongly preferred.A master’s degree and professional HR certification such as CIPD, SHRM, or PHR/SPHR are preferred.Main ResponsibilitiesOversee HR operations across business units, including employee lifecycle processes, payroll coordination, leave, attendance, and employee services.Standardize HR policies, procedures, and workflows to improve efficiency and service quality.Monitor HR KPIs and SLAs, prepare management reports, and implement corrective action plans.Ensure compliance with Saudi labor regulations, company policies, government requirements, and personal data protection standards.Lead HR system implementations and enhancements, ensuring data accuracy and effective reporting.Manage employee investigations, grievances, and disciplinary processes fairly and confidentially.Oversee performance management, including goal setting, appraisals, calibration, and performance improvement plans.Lead HR budgeting and manpower planning, and monitor workforce costs in coordination with Finance.Oversee compensation and benefits administration, including payroll, insurance, allowances, and end-of-service benefits.Support organizational development, job evaluation, banding, restructuring, and change management.Coordinate Saudization plans and government compliance activities with Government Relations.Support HR strategic projects, acquisition integration, and due diligence activities.Lead Learning and Development activities on an interim basis until a dedicated manager is appointed.Coach and develop the HR operations team and work closely with business unit HR leaders.
