HR Operations & Payroll Specialist

Dashco Middle East is hiring an HR Operations & Payroll Specialist with our client in construction and contracting industry. The role involves owning the accuracy and compliance of core HR systems, ERP data, payroll/WPS inputs, compensation & benefits, attendance, and performance management.Position: HR Operations & Payroll SpecialistIndustry: Construction and ContractingLocation: DubaiSalary: Up to AED 7,000Job description: Day-to-day HR ERP administration: employee data, leave, assets, active/inactive status WPS accuracy and reconciliation ahead of every payroll cycle Compensation & benefits administration against the approved grading structure Daily attendance monitoring and discrepancy follow-up with department heads Leave and end-of-service settlements, processed within SLA Performance appraisal module configuration: KPI/KRA tracking, review cycles HR SOPs for ERP, payroll, attendance, and settlements Full compliance with UAE Labour Law and WPS requirementsEnsure all HR operations comply with UAE Labour Law and Wage Protection System requirements.Job requirements:Bachelor's in Business Administration, or related fieldRelevant experience in HR Operations / payroll / compensation & benefits (C&B), ideally in construction or another operationally intensive UAE sectorHands-on ERP/HR systems experienceStrong knowledge of UAE Labour Law, WPS, and EOS calculations
