Apply & track with Apply Edge🚨 We’re Hiring | HR Executive – HR Operations📍 Location: Sharjah, UAE🏢 Department: Human Resources💼 Experience: HR Operations / HR Generalist🚗 UAE Driving Licence: MandatoryBritts Imperial University is looking for an experienced Senior HR Executive to join our HR team in Sharjah and manage end-to-end HR operations across our UAE campuses.🔹 Key Responsibilities
- Manage the complete employee lifecycle, including onboarding, documentation, BGV, joining formalities, and employee records.
- Handle HR operations, employee queries, letters, contracts, payroll inputs, PF/ESIC, visa, accommodation, travel, and IT asset coordination.
- Coordinate with Recruitment Teams and HODs for manpower requirements, interviews, candidate feedback, offers, and joining.
- Act as a key HR point of contact for employees, HODs, and campus leadership.
- Support employee relations and resolve HR-related concerns.
- Plan and coordinate employee engagement activities across campuses.
- Conduct regular campus visits and provide on-ground HR support.
- Support HR compliance and documentation, including RRU/RAKDOC/CAA requirements.
- Coordinate with HR, Recruitment, Payroll, Finance, IT, Academic Teams, and campus leadership.
- Support HR projects, process improvements, and expansion of HR operations across future campuses.🔹 What We’re Looking For✅ Experience in HR Operations / HR Generalist roles.✅ Strong knowledge of employee lifecycle management and HR documentation.✅ Strong stakeholder management and employee relations skills.✅ Excellent communication, coordination, follow-up, and problem-solving abilities.✅ Education/campus HR experience will be an added advantage.🚗 Valid UAE Driving Licence is mandatory.🚘 Candidates with their own car will be preferred.📍 Willingness to travel between UAE campuses approximately once a week, as required.🎯 What We Offer
