HR Operations Manager Role PurposeLead HR operations across the UAE and selected GCC markets, ensuring efficient HR service delivery, consistent processes, compliance with local labour laws, and a strong employee experience.Key ResponsibilitiesManage end-to-end HR operations across multiple GCC countries.Oversee employee lifecycle processes including onboarding, transfers, promotions and offboarding.Manage payroll inputs, benefits administration, leave and end-of-service processes.Ensure compliance with UAE and GCC labour laws, company policies and audit requirements.Support employee relations, disciplinary and grievance matters.Maintain accurate HRIS and employee data and provide HR reports and dashboards.Oversee visa, work permit and immigration processes with relevant teams.Standardise and improve HR processes, SOPs and service delivery.Partner with HRBPs, Finance, Legal, Payroll and business leaders across the region.Candidate Profile8–12 years of HR experience, with strong HR Operations exposure.3+ years in a managerial or regional role.Experience supporting multiple GCC countries.Strong knowledge of UAE labour law and wider GCC employment practices.Experience with payroll, HR systems, employee relations and HR compliance.Background in FMCG, food manufacturing, consumer goods, manufacturing or a similar fast-paced environment preferred.Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business or related field; CIPD/SHRM is advantageous.Key CompetenciesStrong operational HR expertiseMulti-country stakeholder managementHR governance and complianceProcess improvementStrong analytical and problem-solving skillsHigh attention to detailExcellent communication and employee relations capability
