Backed by a team of passionate individuals, Growloc is committed to creating a more sustainable and productive future for Indian agriculture.Role OverviewWe are looking for a HR Recruiter Intern who is enthusiastic about starting a career in Human Resources and wants hands-on experience in Talent Acquisition and Recruitment.Key ResponsibilitiesAssist in sourcing candidates through job portals, LinkedIn, social media, and other channels.Screen resumes and shortlist candidates based on job requirements.Coordinate and schedule interviews with candidates and hiring managers.Conduct initial candidate communication and follow-ups.Maintain and update the candidate database and recruitment tracker.Assist with end-to-end recruitment activities.Support the HR team in preparing job postings and recruitment-related communication.Coordinate with candidates throughout the hiring process.Assist with onboarding activities and documentation when required.RequirementsPursuing or recently completed a Bachelor’s/Master’s degree, preferably in HR, Business Administration, or a related field.Strong communication and interpersonal skills.Good understanding or interest in HR and recruitment.Comfortable using MS Excel/Google Sheets and basic HR tools.Proactive, organized, and willing to learn.Ability to communicate professionally with candidates.What You’ll GainHands-on experience in end-to-end recruitment.Exposure to Talent Acquisition and HR Operations.Experience working in a growing AgriTech startup.Opportunity to interact with candidates and hiring managers.Practical experience with recruitment tools and processes.Certificate/Letter of Internship upon successful completionLearn, Recruit, Grow — Build your HR career with Growloc.Note: This is a paid internship.Skills: recruitment,agriculture,hiring,communication
