HR - Recruitment & AI Screening Trainee - Unpaid Internship

This is an 8-week, unpaid training program at Elchai Group Dubai, not a paid position. You will be trained hands-on in high-volume, AI-supported recruitment for a fast-growing multi-venture technology group. Upon successful completion, you receive a certificate, and based on performance and the company's needs, there is the possibility of moving into a paid role.What You Will LearnHow to manage a high-volume recruitment flow end to end, from job posting through to shortlist, across multiple open roles at once.How to build and apply a consistent, evidence-based scoring methodology for each role, instead of relying on generic keyword matching.How to correctly use mass-screening and AI-based scoring tools, including bulk candidate processing and ranked shortlists.How to gather the right context before scoring, especially for technical roles, so your evaluation reflects real role fit.How to flag borderline candidates clearly for human review, and communicate progress proactively without being asked.What We Are Looking ForSome exposure to recruitment, applicant-tracking systems, or AI-based screening tools, formal experience is not required, but a genuine interest is.Ability to understand complex requirements and translate them into clear evaluation criteria.Rigor, proactivity, and the ability to ask for missing information immediately rather than deliver incomplete work.Clear, frequent communication.How the Program WorksDay one, you complete a real scoring task on a small batch of candidates using our criteria, with a human giving feedback.Over 2 months, you take on progressively more of the live recruitment flow under supervision.At the end, based on performance, there is a possibility of transitioning into a paid role.Compensation: Unpaid training program.
