HR Reporting Intern

The HR Reporting Intern supports the Global HR Controlling team in collecting, validating, analyzing, and preparing HR data and reports. The role provides an excellent opportunity to gain hands-on experience in HR analytics, reporting processes, workforce data management, and HR systems. Working closely with HR, HR Controlling, and HRIS teams, the intern contributes to maintaining data quality, preparing regular reports, and supporting the creation of dashboards and analytical insights used for decision-makingMain tasks:HR Reporting & Data SupportAssist in preparing weekly, monthly, and quarterly HR reports.Collect, consolidate, and validate HR data from multiple sources.Support the maintenance of HR reporting databases and spreadsheet trackers.Perform data quality checks and identify inconsistencies in HR data.Help prepare standard KPI reports related to: Headcount; FTE; Employee turnover; Absenteeism; Recruitment metricsOrganizational changesSupport the development and maintenance of HR dashboards in Excel and Power BI.Prepare charts, tables, and presentations for management reporting.Assist in documenting reporting processes and reporting guidelines.HR Analytics SupportSupport analysis of workforce trends and HR metrics.Assist in preparing ad-hoc reports and data requests from HR and business stakeholders.Help monitor data accuracy within HR systems.Participate in reporting improvement and automation initiatives.Support testing and validation of new reports and dashboards.Your profile:Bachelor’s or master’s degree in Economics, Business Informatics, Data Analytics, HR Management, or related fieldAdvanced Excel skills Good knowledge of BI tools (Power BI)Strong analytical mindset with advanced data analytics and interpretation skillsUnderstanding of financial controlling principles (labor cost planning, budgeting, forecasting)Fluent in EnglishExperience in manufacturing/production environment is a strong advantage
