HR Reporting SpecialistLocation: Dubai, UAEEmployment Type: Full-time, PermanentRole OverviewWe are looking for an HR Reporting Specialist with strong expertise in Power BI, Google Sheets and HR data analytics.The role will focus on transforming HR data into clear, accurate and useful reports and dashboards that help management make better business decisions. The ideal candidate should be highly analytical, detail-oriented and comfortable working with large amounts of employee and HR data.Key ResponsibilitiesDevelop and maintain HR dashboards and reports using Power BI.Create automated and dynamic Google Sheets/Excel reports and trackers.Consolidate HR data from different sources and ensure accuracy and consistency.Prepare regular reports covering headcount, turnover, attendance, leave, recruitment, payroll and workforce trends.Build management dashboards with clear KPIs and actionable insights.Analyse HR data to identify trends, gaps and areas for improvement.Automate manual HR reporting processes wherever possible.Work closely with HR and management to understand reporting requirements.Maintain HR reporting databases and ensure data confidentiality.Create customised reports for senior management and business leaders.Monitor HR KPIs and provide data-driven insights to support decision-making.Ensure reports are delivered accurately and within agreed timelines.Requirements3+ years of experience in HR reporting, HR analytics or HR data management.Strong hands-on expertise in Microsoft Power BI.Advanced Google Sheets skills, including formulas, pivot tables, dashboards and data manipulation.Strong Excel skills; experience with advanced formulas, PivotTables and data analysis.Experience working with HRIS or HR databases.Good understanding of HR metrics and employee lifecycle data.Experience creating automated reporting and dashboards.Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.Excellent attention to detail and data accuracy.Ability to explain HR data and insights clearly to non-technical stakeholders.Strong understanding of data confidentiality and HR information security.Key SkillsPower BI | Google Sheets | Advanced Excel | HR Analytics | HR Reporting | Dashboards | Data Visualisation | HRIS | Workforce Analytics | Data AutomationIdeal CandidateWe are looking for someone who is very hands-on with data and reporting, rather than a general HR professional.
