Manage HR projects, analyze HR data, prepare reports, and partner with stakeholders to support business and people objectives.Key ResponsibilitiesManage end-to-end recruitment, including sourcing, selection, and onboarding.Coordinate and implement training and employee development programs.Support HR planning, talent management, and organizational development initiatives.Prepare HR reports, presentations, and workforce analytics.Provide HR operational support and ensure compliance with HR policies.Lead and coordinate assigned HR projects from planning to completion.QualificationsBachelor’s degree or higher in HR, Business Administration, Psychology, or a related field.5–7 years of HR experience, preferably in Recruitment and L&D.Experience in HR projects, talent management, or organizational development is an advantage.Strong communication, coordination, analytical, and presentation skills.Good command of English and Lao.Proficient in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint.Key CompetenciesOwnership
