HR Specialist

Employment Type: Full-TimeWe are looking for an experienced HR Specialist to support day-to-day HR operations across employee lifecycle management, documentation, onboarding, employee relations, HR administration, and coordination with internal stakeholders.Key ResponsibilitiesManage employee onboarding and offboarding activities.Prepare and maintain employee records, contracts, letters, and HR documentation.Support visa, medical, insurance, and other employment-related processes.Maintain accurate HR files, trackers, and HRIS records.Coordinate probation confirmations, renewals, transfers, and employee status changes.Support attendance, leave, and payroll-related inputs.Handle employee queries regarding HR policies, benefits, and procedures.Support performance-management and employee-engagement activities.Coordinate with PRO, payroll, finance, recruitment, and other internal teams.Ensure HR processes comply with company policies and UAE labour requirements.Prepare HR reports and MIS as required.Support grievance handling and employee-relations activities.Assist with recruitment and interview coordination when required.Contribute to HR process improvements and policy implementation.RequirementsBachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.Experience in HR Operations / HR Administration / Employee Relations.Good understanding of the employee lifecycle.Knowledge of UAE HR practices and labour processes preferred.Strong documentation and coordination skills.Good knowledge of MS Office, especially Excel.Experience with HRIS / HR systems is an advantage.Strong communication and interpersonal skills.Ability to handle confidential information with discretion.SkillsHuman ResourcesHR OperationsHR AdministrationEmployee RelationsEmployee LifecycleOnboardingOffboardingHR PoliciesHR DocumentationHRISPayroll CoordinationLeave ManagementAttendance ManagementPerformance ManagementEmployee EngagementVisa ProcessingMedical InsuranceRecruitment CoordinationUAE Labour LawMIS ReportingMicrosoft ExcelStakeholder ManagementHR SpecialistHuman Resources SpecialistHR ExecutiveHR GeneralistHR Operations SpecialistHR OfficerHuman Resources ExecutivePeople Operations SpecialistHR Coordinator
