HR Specialist – Talent Development (UAEN)

The Talent Development Specialist is responsible for designing, implementing, and coordinating talent development initiatives that enhance employee capability, support career growth, and build organizational capability. The role drives learning and development, career pathways, succession planning, internal mobility, leadership development, and talent assessment programs to ensure the organization develops and retains a high-performing workforce while preparing future leaders.Career Development & Internal MobilityDevelop and maintain career pathways and competency-based development frameworks.Coordinate internal mobility initiatives and promote career opportunities across the organization.Support job rotations, cross-functional development assignments, and stretch opportunities.Provide guidance on career development and individual development planning.Promote a lattice-based career development approach to broaden employee growth opportunities.Succession PlanningSupport the development and implementation of succession planning frameworks.Identify critical roles and talent pipelines across the organization.Coordinate talent reviews and succession discussions with business leaders.Monitor succession readiness and development progress for identified successors.Qualifications / Experience /Special Conditions or RequirementsEducationBachelor's degree in Human Resources, Organizational development , Business administration.Experience3+ years of experience Talent Development, Learning & Development or Organizational Development,Experience designing learning programs and career development initiatives.Experience supporting succession planning and competency frameworks is preferred.Experience using Learning Management Systems (LMS) and talent assessment tools is an advantage.
