HR Supervisor

‏⁦**About the Role** We are looking in Qiam valuation in Riyadh for an experienced HR Supervisor to lead and support our human resources operations. The ideal candidate has hands-on experience across the full HR function — from recruitment through to compliance with Saudi labor regulations — and is comfortable working across government HR platforms. **Key Responsibilities** - Manage the end-to-end recruitment and selection process, from sourcing and screening to onboarding - Oversee day-to-day HR operations, including employee records, contracts, and personnel files. - Handle government platforms and portals (GOSI, Qiwa, Mudad, Muqeem,etc.) - Design, implement, and monitor performance evaluation cycles and KPIs - Plan, coordinate, and follow up on employee training and development programs - Ensure full compliance with Saudi Labor Law and internal work regulations - Support policy development, employee relations, and HR reporting to management **Requirements** - Bachelor’s degree in human resources, Business Administration, or a related field - Minimum 5 years of progressive HR experience, ideally including a supervisory role - Strong working knowledge of Saudi Labor Law and government HR platforms (GOSI, Qiwa, Mudad, Muqeem) - Proven experience in recruitment, performance management, and training coordination. - Excellent organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills - Proficiency in HR systems/HRIS and MS Office - Fluency in Arabic and English
