- Design and maintain integration architecture across HR systems.
- Conduct requirement analysis, system design, testing, deployment, and support.
- Manage data integration, data consistency, troubleshooting, and performance optimization.
- Develop HR dashboards and analytics insights.
- Leverage AI tools to support development, testing, reporting, and project delivery.[Qualifications]
- Master's degree in related fields.
- 3+ years of enterprise systems development, integration, or support experience.
- Experience in HR system implementation, integration, or support (e.g., Learning, Compensation, Promotion, Assignment).
- Experience developing dashboards and management reports, including data modeling, KPI design, and data visualization.
- Hands-on experience across the full project lifecycle, from requirements gathering and solution design to testing, deployment, and support.
- Strong stakeholder management skills with the ability to collaborate across HR, IT, vendors, and business users to drive project delivery.[Preferred Qualifications]
- SAP HCM or SAP SuccessFactors experience.
- Experience with Azure, Power Platform, Databricks, or data platforms.
- HR Data Governance and information security experience.
- AI-assisted development and automation experience.
- Large-scale or multinational HR system integration experience.[Technical Skills]
- SQL, API/Web Services, ETL Tools, Power BI, Tableau, Python, Microsoft E365, GitHub, Generative AI & Copilot Tools.
