HR "Talent Acquisition" Manager

Role Description This full-time, on-site Talent Acquisition Manager role is based in Irvine, CA. The Talent Acquisition Manager will lead end-to-end recruiting activities, including defining role requirements with hiring managers, sourcing candidates through multiple channels, conducting interviews, and managing the offer process. The role includes developing and executing hiring strategies to support growth, maintaining a strong talent pipeline, and ensuring a positive, inclusive candidate experience. The Talent Acquisition Manager will also drive employer branding initiatives, partner with HR and leadership to forecast staffing needs, and use data and metrics to improve recruitment effectiveness.QualificationsDemonstrated ability in Full-life Cycle Recruiting and Recruiting across diverse roles and levels.Experience in Hiring processes, including selection, offer management, and onboarding coordination.Skills in Employer Branding, with the ability to promote the organization’s culture and value proposition.Strong Interviewing capabilities, including structured and behavioral interviewing techniques.Proven ability to build relationships with hiring managers and stakeholders and influence decisions.Knowledge of applicant tracking systems (ATS) and familiarity with sourcing tools and platforms.Strong communication, organization, and time-management skills, with attention to detail and confidentiality.Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.Experience in a high-growth or multi-site environment is beneficial.
