HR Training Officer

Menara BCA, a 56 storey-premium-grade office tower that host multinational companies.Currently PT. Grand Indonesia is looking for a HR Training Officer with the following requirements:Qualifications:Bachelor’s degree in psychology, Human Resources, Business Administration, Law, or a related field.Minimum of 2 years of experience in Learning & Development, Training, HR Development, or other related HR functions.Proficient in Microsoft Office and other digital platforms.Fluent in English, both written and spoken.Good communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.Strong analytical, reporting, and project coordination.Job Descriptions:Coordinate and administer end-to-end training and development activities, including training registration, participant management, training logistics, learning evaluation, and the maintenance of training records and reports.Support the preparation, monitoring, and administration of training budgets, reports, and other learning and development documentation.Assist in the development, implementation, and continuous improvement of Training and Development plans, policies, procedures, and standard operating procedures (SOPs).Provide information and administrative support to employees regarding training, learning, and development programs.Collaborate with internal stakeholders and external vendors to ensure the effective delivery of learning and development programs, training evaluations, reporting, and employee engagement programs.
