Team members join a mission-driven environment that supports innovation, compliance, and continuous improvement in animal health.Role Description The HR Training Specialist (Tamheer) is a full-time, on-site role based at the Klybeck Life Sciences factory in Dammam. This position is responsible for supporting the design, delivery, and evaluation of training and development programs for employees, aligning with HR policies and regulatory requirements. Daily activities include coordinating training schedules, preparing materials, facilitating or co-facilitating training sessions, and maintaining accurate training records. The role collaborates with HR and line managers to assess capability gaps, propose learning solutions, and ensure new joiners and Tamheer trainees receive structured onboarding and continuous development. The HR Training Specialist also supports coaching initiatives, tracks training effectiveness through feedback and metrics, and contributes to a culture of learning, performance, and safety within the manufacturing environment.Qualifications Strong Training & Development and Training skills to design, deliver, and evaluate structured learning programs.Foundational Human Resources (HR) knowledge to align training activities with policies, procedures, and compliance requirements.Effective Communication skills, including the ability to present clearly, facilitate group sessions, and interact with diverse teams.Coaching capabilities to support individual development, guide Tamheer trainees, and reinforce performance and behavioral standards.Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Psychology, Education, or a related field (or equivalent practical experience).Proficiency in MS Office and basic learning management or HR information systems to manage training data and reports.Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and ability to manage multiple training activities in a fast-paced environment.Interest in life sciences or manufacturing environments; prior experience in HR, training, or internship programs is an advantage.
