Job Purpose:To support Ejadah's commitment to Employer Pays Principle (EPP), and Worker Welfare by conducting post-recruitment compliance audits, worker interviews, grievance investigations, and recruitment compliance monitoring. The role ensures that all workers are recruited ethically and that recruitment activities remain fully compliant with company standards, client requirements, and applicable regulatory frameworks.

Key Responsibilities

Ethical Recruitment ComplianceConduct post-arrival and onboarding interviews to verify compliance.Validate employees are recruited ethically and treated fairly.Review employee declarations, records, and supporting documentation.Maintain recruitment compliance records and audit trackers.Support implementation of the Employer Pays Principle (EPP) across recruitment processes.Post-Recruitment AuditsExecute routine and risk-based audits of recruitment and onboarding files.Identify, document, and report recruitment compliance deviations.Track corrective actions and ensure timely closure of audit findings.Maintain audit-ready records for internal, client, and third-party reviews.Worker Welfare & Grievance ManagementConduct worker awareness sessions on recruitment rights and grievance mechanisms.Support welfare inspections at accommodations and project locations.Investigate recruitment-related complaints and worker welfare concerns.Ensure workers can confidentially report concerns without fear of retaliation.Agency Compliance MonitoringSupport recruitment agency due-diligence assessments and compliance reviews.Verify agency adherence to contractual ethical recruitment requirements.Monitor corrective action plans issued to recruitment partners.Maintain agency compliance records and performance monitoring reports.Reporting & Compliance SupportPrepare monthly compliance and worker welfare reports.Track key metrics including worker interviews, audit findings, grievances, and corrective action closure rates.Support client audits, ethical recruitment assessments, and welfare inspections.Provide compliance insights and recommendations to management.Key Performance Indicators (KPIs)100% completion of post-arrival ethics review.Zero substantiated violations without corrective action.100% closure of audit findings within agreed timelines.Zero major findings during audits.Timely resolution of worker grievances and cases.Full maintenance of compliance documentation and records.Qualifications & Experience:EducationBachelor's Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Social Sciences, Law, or related discipline.Experience3-5 years' experience in HR Compliance, Worker Welfare, Labor Compliance, Ethics, or Social Compliance.Experience working with blue-collar or multinational workforces in the UAE is preferred.Exposure to compliance audits, grievance investigations, and worker welfare programs in Expo 2020 project is a plusRole Mission:To protect worker rights and uphold Ejadah's core commitment by ensuring every employee is recruited ethically, treated fairly, and supported through a robust post-recruitment compliance and welfare monitoring framework.
