Job Description

1. Manage and oversee all Human Resources and General Affairs activities at Plant Jawilan to support business and operational objectives.2. Ensure the implementation of HR policies, procedures, and practices in compliance with company standards and Indonesian labor regulations.3. Manage industrial relations, bipartite communication, labor dispute resolution, and relationships with government authorities, local communities, and industrial estate management.4. Review and control payroll data input in the Talenta system, as well as personnel administration, attendance, leave management, and employee benefits administration.5. Oversee General Affairs functions, including office and building facilities, security, housekeeping, transportation, and employee accommodation.6. Ensure compliance with the Collective Labor Agreement (CLA/PKB), company regulations, and group policies.7. Support the implementation of Environment, Health, and Safety (EHS) programs and promote a strong safety culture across the organization.8. Monitor and control General Affairs operational expenses to ensure cost effectiveness and budget compliance.9. Act as a strategic business partner to all departments by providing guidance and support on people management matters.10. Prepare and provide accurate HR data, reports, and workforce analytics to management on a regular basis.11. Support talent management, employee engagement, performance management, and organizational development initiatives to enhance workforce effectiveness.12. Drive continuous improvement initiatives in HRGA processes to improve service quality, operational efficiency, and employee experience.Job Requirement:1. Minimum Bachelor's Degree (S1) or Diploma Degree (D3) in Human Resources, Psychology, Management, Law, or a related field.2. Minimum 3 years of experience in a Supervisor position, preferably within a manufacturing environment.3. Strong knowledge of Indonesian Labor Law and the latest employment regulations.4. Proficient in Microsoft Office applications, HRIS, and attendance management systems.5. Proven experience in managing HRGA operations within a manufacturing company.6. Solid experience in Industrial Relations, External Relations, and government liaison activities.7. Experience in handling labor disputes, employee relations matters, and union-related issues.8. Proven track record in mass recruitment, organizational development, and employee engagement programs.9. Strong leadership, people management, communication, and conflict resolution skills.10. Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making abilities.11. Ability to analyze HR data and prepare management reports effectively (preferred).12. Good understanding of ISO standards, EHS (Environment, Health & Safety) implementation, and Operational Excellence culture (preferred).13.High level of integrity, confidentiality, and professionalism.14. Proficient in both written and spoken English is an advantage.
