The faculty member will design and deliver HRM and Office Administration curriculum, including lectures, case studies, interactive sessions, and practical workshops aligned with current industry practices. Day-to-day responsibilities include preparing lesson plans, developing learning materials, assessing student performance, providing academic guidance, and mentoring learners for internships and placements. The role also involves updating course content to reflect new trends in HR and workplace practices, collaborating with other faculty on interdisciplinary initiatives, and contributing to academic quality assurance and institutional development. Participation in industry outreach, guest lectures, and seminars is expected to maintain strong links between the classroom and the professional world.Qualifications Solid academic background in Human Resource Management, Business Administration, or a related field; a master’s degree or higher is preferred.Demonstrated expertise in core HR domains such as recruitment and selection, training and development, performance management, HR policies, and employee relations.Experience in curriculum development, lesson planning, and delivery of classroom and practical sessions for college-level or professional programs.Strong communication, presentation, and classroom management skills, with the ability to engage diverse learners and support their career goals.Industry experience in HRM or corporate administration, or strong industry exposure through consulting, projects, or training, is highly beneficial.Proficiency with basic office software, HR tools, and digital learning platforms to support effective teaching and assessment.Commitment to student-centered teaching, continuous learning, and collaboration with peers to maintain industry-oriented, up-to-date course content.
