Job Title: HRO-MIS - Manager or Senior ManagerLocation: BangaloreCandidate Specification& Job ResponsibilitiesCandidate should have 14+ Years of experience in Reporting & Data AnalysisGather, Analyze and interpret data from various sources to product accurate and timely reportsContinuously improve reporting processes to increase efficiency and qualityMaintain documentation on reporting processes data definitions and standard reportSupport ad hoc data requests and special projects as required.Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines in a fast￾ paced environment.Collaborate with global stakeholders and HRBP’s and provide them with the desired Data/Dashboard/ReportExperience in drafting clear step guides and Standard OperatingProcedures to streamline and formalize business processes.Demonstrate a strong understanding of Service LevelAgreements (SLAs) and Key Performance Indicators (KPIs).Consistently meet or exceed SLA requirements for processing reports while maintaining high-quality standards.Ensure adherence to company policies to maintain ConfidentialityProactively identify and recommend process improvements to enhance efficiency and accuracy.Candidate should be flexible working in any shifts.
