HSE Analyst

Job Title - HSE Analyst (Saudi only)Location - Dammam, SAContract Duration - 12 Months (Extendable)Profile Overview: We're looking for an experienced HSE Analyst to join a leading organisation in Dammam. This role blends on-field HSE expertise with strong analytical capabilities — ideal for someone who's as comfortable auditing a site as they are building a KPI report.

What You'll Do

Collect, analyze, and interpret HSE data to drive workplace safety and environmental performanceConduct risk assessments, investigate incidents, and prepare compliance reportsTrack quarterly EHS KPIs, PPE acknowledgements, and audit documentationConduct formal reviews of site operations to ensure regulatory complianceMaintain and audit HSE databases, records, and safety statisticsCoordinate with departments on injury prevention strategies and programsDeliver HSE training and support hazard analysis across site activitiesOrganize and track HSE campaigns and contractor submissionsWhat You'll Bring:Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Industrial Safety, Health, or Environmental ScienceRelevant HSE certifications (OSHA / NEBOSH)3–5 years of experience in a similar HSE roleStrong command of Microsoft OfficeFluent English (speaking, writing, reading)Solid understanding of local (Saudi) safety regulations and EHS compliance standards
