HSE Auditor – Key ResponsibilitiesConduct periodic HSE audits and inspections across work sites and facilities to ensure compliance with health, safety, and environmental requirements.Verify compliance with company HSE policies, procedures, OSHA standards, and applicable regulatory requirements.Identify hazards, unsafe practices, and non-conformities and document findings in audit reports.Prepare comprehensive HSE audit reports, including observations, recommendations, and required corrective actions.Follow up on Corrective and Preventive Actions (CAPA) and verify timely closure of audit findings.Perform field inspections to assess the effectiveness of risk control measures and safe work practices.Review Risk Assessments, JSA/JHA, and Permit to Work (PTW) systems for compliance and effectiveness.Audit employees and contractors to ensure adherence to HSE requirements and site safety procedures.Review incident, injury, and near-miss records and verify the implementation of corrective actions.Monitor and analyze HSE Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) and identify opportunities for continuous improvement.Verify the availability and effectiveness of emergency response plans, firefighting equipment, and Personal Protective Equipment (PPE).Develop and maintain annual and periodic HSE audit plans in accordance with project and company requirements.Provide recommendations to management to improve HSE performance and reduce workplace risks.Maintain accurate HSE audit records, documentation, and corrective action tracking systems.
