HSE Inspector/ HSE Assistant Manager- 8 months contract

Position: HSE Inspector/ H&S Assistant Manager

Location: Dubai, UAEKey Responsibilities:Conduct routine and ad-hoc HSE inspections across facilities.Identify unsafe acts, conditions, and HSE non-conformities.Monitor compliance with PTW, LOTO, confined space, and other safety procedures.Inspect fire protection systems, emergency exits, safety signage, and workplace conditions.Support incident investigations, root cause analysis, and corrective actions.Prepare inspection reports and assist with HSE KPIs and documentation.Coordinate with FM teams, contractors, fit-out teams, tenants, and service providers.Conduct toolbox talks and safety awareness sessions.Follow up on corrective actions and promote a strong safety culture.Contract: 4 MonthsSalary: AED 7,000 – 14,000 per month, depending on experience

Requirements

Diploma/Bachelor’s Degree in Occupational Safety, Environment, Engineering, or a related field.NEBOSH IGC / OSHA 30 Hours or equivalent – Mandatory.Minimum 2–3 years of relevant HSE inspection/site safety experience.Knowledge of risk assessment, PTW, incident investigation, and HSE compliance.Familiarity with ISO 45001/ISO 14001 is preferred.First Aid and Fire Safety certification is an advantage.Strong communication, observation, reporting, and problem-solving skills.
