TTI is recognized for its professionalism, innovation, and commitment to quality, compliance, and excellence.Role Description The HSE Instructor is responsible for delivering high-quality health, safety, and environment training programs to learners from diverse industry sectors in line with TTI’s accredited standards and course requirements. Day-to-day activities include preparing training materials and lesson plans, conducting classroom and practical sessions, assessing participant performance, and providing constructive feedback to support learning outcomes. The role involves staying current with HSE regulations and best practices, ensuring course content is up to date, and contributing to the development and review of training curricula and documentation. The HSE Instructor will also support compliance with relevant accreditation body requirements, maintain accurate training records, and collaborate with the training team to enhance program effectiveness. This is a full-time, on-site role based in Abu Dhabi.Qualifications Candidates should possess strong Health & Safety knowledge, with practical experience in HSE implementation and standards.Candidates should possess NEBOSH or equivalent internationally recognized HSE certifications.Candidates should possess effective Communication skills, including clear presentation, facilitation, and interpersonal abilities.Candidates should possess Training and Safety Training experience, including course delivery, learner assessment, and coaching.Candidates should possess familiarity with industry-specific HSE requirements (e.g., oil and gas, construction, manufacturing) and relevant regulations.Candidates should possess strong organizational and documentation skills, including maintaining training records and preparing reports.Candidates should possess proficiency in English; additional language skills (such as Arabic) are an advantage.Candidates should possess a relevant diploma or degree in occupational health and safety, engineering, or a related field; additional HSE instructor or assessor qualifications are beneficial.
