Review contractor/consultant HSE submissions and monitor HSE performance, audits and closeout actions. Lead HSE risk reviews, incident reporting, lessons learned and emergency preparedness coordination. Advise PM leadership on HSE risks, legal requirements and required corrective actions. Promote a proactive HSE culture and stop-work authority where unsafe conditions exist. Ensure all activities within the unit comply with laws, applicable national/international standards and ethical rules. Carry out project activities in accordance with the Quality Management System and ensure rules are followed effectively. Work in accordance with the Quality Management System and contribute to its development and continuous improvement. HSE Responsibilities Implement Assystem safety programs within the team and consistently adhere to Assystem HSE policies, procedures and applicable legal requirements. Keep work areas organized and free of hazards; promptly report deviations, faults, hazards and HSE incidents to the HSE Representative or line manager. Participate in operational controls to eliminate or mitigate newly identified risks and support incident investigations when required. Ensure own actions do not compromise personal safety or the safety of others; cooperate on health and safety matters and stop work if conditions are unsafe.
