HSE Manager

Key Responsibilities

Supervise on-site security teams, including scheduling, training, and performance monitoring.Ensure compliance with safety regulations, internal policies, and Civil Defense requirements.Identify high-risk situations and implement preventive measures to minimize incidents.Monitor the effectiveness, maintenance, and readiness of security equipment and systems.Respond to emergencies, provide first aid when required, and coordinate with emergency services.Prepare incident reports and maintain accurate security records.Ensure the validity of required government permits and certificates.Protect company property and ensure the proper implementation of safety and security procedures.

Requirements

Bachelor’s degree in Security Management, Criminal Justice, Safety Engineering, or a related field.7+ years of experience in safety and security management, preferably in malls, commercial complexes, or industrial facilities.At least 3 years of experience in a supervisory or managerial role.Experience coordinating with government authorities and handling emergencies.Strong knowledge of local safety and security regulations.NEBOSH, OSHA, or equivalent certifications are preferred.Strong leadership, risk assessment, decision-making, and communication skills.Arabic and English proficiency is preferred.
