HSE Manager – Construction

About the RoleDouble Marks is seeking an experienced HSE Manager to join our team for a major Data Center project in Riyadh.The successful candidate will be responsible for managing site HSE activities across excavation, civil, and structural construction works.Key ResponsibilitiesImplement and manage the project HSE plan and site safety requirements.Manage HSE activities for excavation, heavy equipment, lifting, formwork, reinforcement, and concrete works.Conduct site inspections, audits, toolbox talks, and safety meetings.Prepare/review risk assessments and JSAs.Manage permit-to-work requirements where applicable.Monitor subcontractor and workforce HSE compliance.Coordinate with Client/Consultant HSE representatives.Investigate incidents and near misses and implement corrective actions.Maintain HSE records, reports, and statistics.Ensure compliance with project and applicable Saudi HSE requirements.RequirementsRelevant degree/diploma and recognized HSE qualifications.Minimum 7 years of construction HSE experience.NEBOSH IGC or equivalent preferred.Strong experience in excavation and major civil/structural construction.Experience with heavy equipment, lifting operations, and concrete works.Saudi/GCC experience preferred.Data Center or major fast-track project experience is an advantage.Strong leadership and English communication skills.Candidates currently available in Saudi Arabia and able to mobilize on short notice are preferred.
