Applicants can expect to work in an environment that values technical excellence, safety, and continuous improvement.QualificationDiploma / Bachelor’s Degree in Occupational Health & Safety, Engineering, or a related field. NEBOSH IGC certification is mandatory. IOSH certification will be an advantage.ExperienceMinimum 10 years of relevant experience.Key ResponsibilitiesTo oversee daily site activities and ensure compliance with HSE requirements.To carry out regular site inspections and identify unsafe acts and conditions.To ensure effective implementation of HSE procedures, policies, and client requirements.To conduct toolbox talks, safety inductions, and safety awareness programs.To ensure proper use of PPE and adherence to safe working practices.To assist in the preparation of Risk Assessments, JSA/JHA, and Method Statements.To monitor high-risk activities, including lifting, hot work, confined space, and working at height.To report and assist in investigating accidents, incidents, and near misses.To maintain HSE records, inspection reports, and safety documentation.To coordinate with project teams, clients, consultants, and subcontractors on HSE matters.RequirementsPrior experience in heavy industrial projects will be considered an advantage.Demonstrate a strong commitment to Health, Safety, Quality, and Client Satisfaction.Possess strong communication and teamwork skills.Preference will be given to candidates who can join immediately or have a shorter notice period.Be willing to work across Bahrain and other GCC locations, as required.Salary & BenefitsSalary: NegotiableProfessional working environmentCareer growth opportunities
