Job Title: HSE OfficerLocation: Al Barsha, DubaiJob SummaryWe are seeking an experienced HSE Officer to join our construction team in Dubai. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in health, safety, and environmental management on construction projects, particularly villas, high-rise buildings, and residential developments. The candidate must possess NEBOSH and IOSH certifications and demonstrate a proven track record of implementing HSE standards in compliance with UAE regulations.Key ResponsibilitiesDevelop, implement, and monitor Health, Safety, and Environmental (HSE) policies and procedures.Conduct regular site inspections, safety audits, and risk assessments.Identify workplace hazards and recommend effective corrective and preventive actions.Conduct toolbox talks, safety inductions, and awareness training for site personnel.Investigate incidents, accidents, and near misses, and prepare detailed reports.Monitor the use of PPE and ensure safe work practices are followed at all times.Manage the Permit to Work (PTW) system for Work at Height, Hot Work, Confined Space Entry, Excavation Works, Lifting OperationsRequirementsBachelor's Degree or Diploma in Engineering, Occupational Health & Safety, or a related field.5–10 years of HSE experience in the construction industry in the UAE.NEBOSH International General Certificate (IGC) – Mandatory.IOSH Certification – Mandatory.OSHA certification is an added advantage.Experience in high-rise, residential, commercial, or villa construction projects.Excellent communication, reporting, and interpersonal skills.Proficient in MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook).Must have UAE Driving license Salary: AED 6k–10k per month (based on experience and qualifications).Apply now and send your cv on :- WhatsApp :- +971585352131Email :- info@place-mint.ae
