HSE Officer – Fit-Out / ConstructionKey ResponsibilitiesImplement and monitor HSE policies and safety standards at project sites.Conduct site inspections, risk assessments, and toolbox talks.Ensure compliance with UAE HSE regulations and company requirements.Prepare and maintain HSE documentation, including RAMS and incident reports.Investigate accidents, incidents, and near misses and implement corrective actions.Coordinate HSE training, inductions, and emergency drills.Monitor subcontractor safety compliance and support HSE audits.RequirementsDiploma/Bachelor’s degree in HSE, Occupational Safety, or related field.NEBOSH IGC / OSHA or equivalent – Mandatory.4–5 years of HSE experience in fit-out/interior contracting or construction – Mandatory.Strong knowledge of UAE HSE regulations.Good communication, reporting, and site management skills.Knowledge of ISO 45001 / ISO 14001 is an advantage.
