Implement and monitor HSE policies and procedures at construction sites.Conduct site inspections, risk assessments and safety audits.Ensure compliance with safety regulations, PPE requirements and permit-to-work systems.Monitor high-risk activities, including working at heights, scaffolding, lifting and formwork.Conduct toolbox talks, safety inductions and incident investigations.Maintain HSE documentation and ensure corrective actions are implemented.
Requirements
Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, HSE or a related field.Minimum 3–5 years of HSE experience in construction.Mandatory experience in high-rise building construction projects.NEBOSH IGC certification required.Good knowledge of construction safety regulations and site HSE practices.
