HSE Officer - Construction & Commercial Projects

Job Title: HSE Officer (Construction & Commercial Projects)The HSE Officer is responsible for ensuring the safety of all personnel on site, maintaining full compliance with health, safety, and environmental regulations, and conducting regular site inspections to prevent risks and incidents across construction, commercial, and data center projects.

Key Responsibilities

· Conduct regular site inspections to ensure compliance with HSE standards and company policies.· Monitor and enforce the use of Personal Protective Equipment (PPE).· Prepare and review risk assessments, method statements, and safety procedures.· Conduct toolbox talks and safety training for workers and staff.· Investigate incidents, accidents, and near misses; prepare detailed reports.· Ensure compliance with local authority regulations and safety standards.· Maintain HSE documentation, reports, and records.· Coordinate with project managers and contractors to implement corrective actions.· Promote a strong safety culture across all construction and commercial sites.Qualifications & Requirements:· Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Occupational Health & Safety or related field.· NEBOSH / IOSH certification preferred.· Minimum 3–5 years of experience in construction and commercial building projects.· Strong knowledge of local HSE regulations.· Good communication and reporting skills.· Experience in data center projects is preferred
