HSE Officer – Data Center Construction

Double Marks is seeking an experienced HSE Officer to join our team for a major data center construction project in Riyadh.The role is site-based and hands-on, supporting safe execution of civil, structural and subsequent fit-out activities from mobilization through project completion.Key ResponsibilitiesConduct daily site HSE inspections and ensure compliance with project HSE requirements.Conduct toolbox talks, safety inductions and workforce training.Implement and monitor PTW, RAMS, JSA/JHA and site safety procedures.Monitor excavation, rebar, formwork, concrete works, scaffolding, lifting operations, work at height and heavy equipment activities.Identify unsafe conditions/acts and ensure timely corrective actions.Participate in incident/near-miss investigations and prepare reports.Maintain HSE records, inspection reports, checklists and weekly/monthly reporting.Coordinate with construction teams, subcontractors and the Main Contractor's HSE team.Support emergency preparedness and site HSE compliance throughout all construction phases.RequirementsMinimum 5 years of construction HSE experience, preferably in Saudi Arabia/GCC.Strong experience in civil and structural construction activities.NEBOSH IGC required.Good knowledge of Saudi HSE requirements and construction safety practices.Strong understanding of PTW, RAMS/JSA, lifting, excavation, work-at-height and temporary works safety.Good English communication and reporting skills.Data center or mission-critical project experience is an advantage.Currently based in Saudi Arabia with a transferable Iqama preferred.Candidates who can join immediately or on short notice are preferred.To Apply:Please submit your CV through LinkedIn and include your current location, availability/notice period, Iqama status and expected monthly salary.Job Type: Full-time, Site-Based
