HSE OfficerJob SummaryThe HSE Officer is responsible for implementing and monitoring health, safety, and environmental policies on site, ensuring full compliance with project, client, and UAE regulatory requirements.Core Responsibilities● Implement and monitor HSE policies, procedures, and project-specific HSE plans.● Conduct risk assessments, toolbox talks, and routine safety audits on site.● Investigate incidents and near-misses; prepare reports with corrective and preventive actions.● Ensure Permit-to-Work (PTW) system compliance, particularly for high-risk activities.● Deliver HSE training, inductions, and awareness programs to site personnel.● Liaise with client/consultant HSE representatives and support site audits and inspections.● Maintain accurate HSE documentation, registers, and statistical reporting.● Support emergency preparedness planning and drills.RequirementsCriteriaRequirementAgeBelow 35 yearsGCC Experience (Min.)5 Years (minimum)AcademicsDiploma Level (at least); Bachelor's Degree preferredProfessional QualificationsNEBOSH IGC | ISO 45001 Awareness Certificate | ADOSH-SF Practitioner (Preferred)RequirementsHSE Officer — Oil & Gas / Energy (Offshore/Onshore)Industry Context: Oil & gas and energy sector projects across offshore platforms and onshore facilities.Industry-Specific Focus Areas (in addition to Core Responsibilities above):● H2S awareness, gas monitoring, and process safety management (PSM) compliance.● Permit-to-Work compliance for hot work, confined space entry, and offshore survival/emergency response (BOSIET).● Marine operations safety (offshore) and ADNOC/OSHAD-SF regulatory compliance.
