The ideal candidate will play a vital role in ensuring compliance with health and safety regulations while fostering a culture of safety within the organization.Key ResponsibilitiesDevelop and implement HSE policies, procedures, and programs to ensure compliance with local and international regulationsLead risk assessments and safety audits, providing guidance on best practices to enhance workplace safetyConduct HSE training programs for employees and management, ensuring awareness of safety protocols and emergency proceduresMonitor compliance and performance metrics, preparing reports for senior managementStay updated on evolving HSE regulations and industry trends to maintain compliance and enhance safety practicesManage and lead incident investigations, analyzing data to prevent future occurrencesRequirementsBachelor's degree in Environmental Science, Occupational Safety, Engineering, or related field5-10 years of experience in HSE within the pharmaceutical, manufacturing, or industrial sectorsProven experience in managing HSE programs and leading teamsStrong knowledge of local HSE regulations and international standards (ISO 14001, ISO 45001)Excellent communication and organizational skillsHSE certifications (e.g., NEBOSH, IOSH) are preferred
