Key ResponsibilitiesConduct HSE inspections and site audits.Review risk assessments and ensure control measures are implemented.Manage Permit-to-Work (PTW) systems.Investigate and report accidents, incidents, and near misses.Deliver safety inductions, toolbox talks, and awareness programs.Ensure compliance with HSE policies, procedures, and regulations.RequirementsBachelor's degree in Science or a related discipline.4-7 years of HSE experience.Proven experience in mega construction and overhead transmission line (OHTL) projects.Fluent in English.CertificationsNEBOSH IGCOSHAIOSHFire Fighting (FF)First Aid (FA)Environmental Safety (ES)Risk Assessment (RA)SkillsProblem-solving and analytical skills.Strong verbal and written communication.Conflict resolution and interpersonal skills.Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced project environment.
