The ideal candidate will help ensure our workplace is safe, compliant, and environmentally sustainable.Key ResponsibilitiesImplement and monitor health, safety, and environmental policies and procedures on-siteConduct regular workplace inspections and audits to identify hazards and investigate incidentsFacilitate safety training sessions for employees to promote safe working practicesEnsure compliance with local HSE regulations and industry best practicesMaintain records and reports related to HSE activities and incidentsRequirementsQualificationsBachelor's degree in Occupational Health, Safety, Environmental Science, or a related field3-6 years of experience in HSE, preferably in the pharmaceutical or industrial sectorKnowledge of HSE regulations and standardsStrong communication and organizational skillsCertification in HSE (e.g., NEBOSH, IOSH) is a plus
