The HSE Trainer is responsible for designing, delivering, and updating health, safety, and environmental training programs in accordance with company policies and relevant standards. Day-to-day tasks include preparing training materials and presentations, conducting classroom and practical training sessions, assessing participant performance, and maintaining accurate training records. The role also involves evaluating training needs, supporting continuous improvement of HSE practices, and collaborating with internal stakeholders to ensure alignment with operational requirements and regulatory compliance. The HSE Trainer is expected to promote a strong safety culture and serve as a technical resource on HSE topics.
