Apply & track with Apply EdgeCompany DescriptionEtihad Pioneers Training Academy is a professional training provider delivering internationally recognized qualifications, occupational health and safety training, and workforce development programs across Saudi Arabia.We specialize in providing practical, industry-focused training solutions tailored to the requirements of organizations across various sectors, including construction, industrial operations, manufacturing, hospitality, and corporate environments.Our training portfolio includes internationally recognized programs and certifications from organizations such as NEBOSH, IOSH, Highfield, OSHA-related training, and other specialized Health, Safety, and Environment (HSE) courses.Role DescriptionWe are seeking experienced and qualified Part-Time / Freelance HSE Trainers to collaborate with Etihad Pioneers Training Academy in delivering professional health, safety, and environmental training programs to our corporate clients across Saudi Arabia, particularly in the Western Region.The ideal candidate will have a strong background in occupational health and safety, proven training delivery experience, and the ability to conduct engaging classroom-based and practical training sessions.This is a flexible, assignment-based opportunity suitable for experienced HSE professionals and certified trainers seeking to deliver training programs on a freelance or part-time basis.Training CoursesCandidates should be qualified and experienced in delivering one or more of the following courses:First Aid, CPR, AED, and Emergency First AidFire Warden / Fire MarshalFire Safety and Fire PreventionOSHA 10-Hour and 30-Hour General Industry / Construction SafetyNEBOSH-related qualifications and training programsIOSH Managing Safely / IOSH Working SafelyHealth, Safety, and Environment (HSE) AwarenessConfined Space Entry and Rescue AwarenessWorking at Height and Fall ProtectionRisk Assessment and Hazard IdentificationPermit to Work (PTW) SystemsIncident Investigation and Accident PreventionEmergency Response and Evacuation ProceduresOther specialised occupational health and safety courses.Candidates are not required to deliver every course listed above. Applications are welcome from trainers specializing in specific HSE disciplines.Qualifications and RequirementsEssential RequirementsA recognized Training of Trainers (TOT) qualification, preferably from Highfield, IOSH, or another recognized training or awarding organization.Alternatively, an equivalent recognized teaching, training, or instructional qualification.Relevant professional HSE qualifications, such as NEBOSH, IOSH, or equivalent certifications.Demonstrated experience delivering occupational health and safety training programs.Strong knowledge of workplace safety practices, hazard identification, risk assessment, and preventive measures.Excellent communication, presentation, and classroom management skills.Ability to deliver engaging theoretical and practical training sessions.Willingness to work on a flexible, assignment-based schedule.Preferred QualificationsCurrent approval or authorization to deliver relevant Highfield, IOSH, NEBOSH, or other accredited training programs.Additional instructor certifications in First Aid, Fire Safety, Working at Height, Confined Space, or other specialized HSE disciplines.A diploma or bachelor's degree in Occupational Health and Safety, Engineering, Environmental Science, or a related discipline.Previous experience delivering training to corporate and industrial clients.Bilingual training capability in Arabic and English.Experience in construction, oil and gas, manufacturing, logistics, or other high-risk industries.
